  Great service October 2017; prompt reply to my phone message and good communication throughout this project. Prompt inspection and quote. Rick specially drove past Gargoyles and Dragons to give me the correct address. Came when they said they would to do the work. Brought along a team so it was completed in a day. Incredibly neat with great clean up; no damage to my lovely garden.No more leaks in my 90 year old roof. Competitive pricing. Also did next doors the month before and they are very pleased with service too.thank you Rick and team

  Discovered a small leak coming through the ceiling and checked that one of the roof tiles had slipped. As I needed the roof tile put back in place as an urgency as water was dripping on the heater/ac fan/motor, Rick came out within 2 hours, even though he had prior commitments. The job was done within 5 minutes. Rick was quick, courteous and understanding.

  Service was shocking, got quote in January from Rick. Tried to Rick so often rarely got back to me. He said he would be out on Tuesday 21/4/2015 to finally do the work, didn't turn up, no phone call. Definitely wouldn't use this company again.
