  So I am a man who is 25 years old. Traumatised at a young age about anything to do with teeth. Due to my mother pulling out a baby tooth but promising me she would count to three first. She said one and ripped it out. When I was a little older I had my two bottom baby front teeth removed but the dentist kept calling me a baby and telling me nothing hurts. I cried and since then I have trust issues. I have sensitive teeth I had them cleaned when I was 19 and again it hurt so much but the dentist insisted I was being a chilled and began to hack away. I swore I would never see a dentist again. Sadily this year crept up and yet another bad experience having an assault molar removed. It took over an hour and a half and I fainted twice. It was unbearable and confermed all dentists love to see you in pain.

  What a wonderful and pleasant experience I received form everyone there at Northern Dental Design...from my very first contact with Pam I was made to feel at ease and relaxed...I've had bad experiences with dentists in the past but this was totally the opposite...Dr Zina and her crew are the most wonderful people that clearly explain the whole process and ensure you're comfortable with it. I had a major dental procedure carried out pain free (I'm a bit of a chicken when it comes to dental pain) and to my absolute satisfaction. I have my confidence back and smile a lot more these days. I would recommend Northern Dental Design in a heartbeat to anyone looking for the best dentist clinic in Melbourne. Thank you Dr Zina, Pam and everyone who made my experience a memorable one.

  Let me tell you how wrong I was. I called up Northam dental yesterday at work for an emergency after suffering from head aches and tooth pain from a split tooth they called me in that day, in which I asked for it to be the following day.

  Our 10 year old son needed emergency repair to one of his adult teeth. Northern Dental fitted him in its schedule on the same day while other dentists could not. Northern Dental has friendly staff who are good with children, it is a great location with new facilities, is easily accessible and Dr Mahdi has great communication skills and is experienced.

  I came in to see a bright happy warm smile I told her I am nervous around dentist but she said in the most confident voice today will be different I promise. Straight away I was sat down and dressed. Both the dentist and the dental assistant walked me threw each step and for the first time ever I was able to actually relax threw and not suffer in any way. I had a what they call a hook tooth removed. From start to finish it only took half an hour and I almost cried out of joy as to how easy and professional the procedure was done.
